Regeneration Update November 2023
On 28 November 2023 there was a Resident Steering Group where members heard updates from Hackney’s Regeneration team as well as from the appointed contractors Mulalley. This is regarding the next phase of regenration of Kings Crescent Estate which will refurbish and add balconies to the flats on the Southside (Bramfield, Theobalds, Datchworth & Weston Courts), plus build the next round of new blocks in the middle of the estate.
