FLOW & RESTORE YOGA

Tuesdays 6.15 – 7.15 pm  AND  Sundays 10.15 – 11.15 am

Inclusive yoga classes to remember the wisdom of our bodies, strengthen, lengthen and reconnect to the healing branch of our nervous system.
Intro offer £20 for 2 weeks OR between £9-12 depending on your class pass. 2 free spots for anyone in financial difficulty

ZUMBA

Dance to great music and get fit without even realizing it!

Saturdays 9-10 am (resuming 7th May)

Strengthen your body, improve your fitness and wellbeing

Cost: £5 – £10  – pay what you can afford

This class will resume again on Saturday 7th May 9-10am after a 3-week break for Zoraima’s holiday.

(The zumba and pilates classes started in March as a 6-week pilot kindly supported by Hackney’s Resident Participation team & will be continuing to run until the Summer with support from the TRA and Hackney’s Community Development Fund)

Monthly Activities

ENERGY-LIFT GUIDED MEDITATION

with Aimee

In-person every month, this class offers an hour of guided meditation practice and breathwork to support your mental, physical and emotional wellbeing. Re-charge your energetic batteries and feel uplifted! Time at the end for a cuppa and community connection.
Cost: £7 – £12 – £16  – pay what you can afford. 2 free spots for any Kings Crescent residents in financial difficulty
Session time: 11.30am to 12.45pm
