Inclusive yoga classes to remember the wisdom of our bodies, strengthen, lengthen and reconnect to the healing branch of our nervous system.

An immersive sound meditation with Gongs, Himalayan Bowls Crystal Bowls, therapeutic percussion instruments. Sound Therapy Practitioner Marco Florio will guide an initial meditation followed by an hour of gentle immersive sound.
