This class offers an hour of guided meditation practice and breathwork to support your mental, physical and emotional wellbeing.
Re-charge your energetic batteries and feel uplifted! Time at the end for a cuppa and community connection.
Cost: £7-16 – pay what you can afford. 2 free spots for any Kings Crescent residents in financial difficulty
Aimee also offers a weekly meditation class via Zoom on Monday evenings.
