1-2pm will be a time to relax with a cuppa, chat to the facillitators and connect as a community.

Saturday 17th September we are kicking off again with our half day meditation playshops working on a relationship that we would like some inner lift and shift around.
This meditation workshop is for you if:
You have a person in your life who triggers anger or frustration regularly
You notice that there is particular issue you can not talk about with a member of your family without getting into an argument
- You feel criticized or judged by a person in your life
- You are blocked by a work colleague who never seems to like your ideas
