DONATIONS for CLOTHES BANK / CLOTHING for RESIDENTS in LOCAL EMERGENCY ACCOMMODATION:

Volunteers say stocks in the Clothes Bank are running very low!
 
One of the BWMA Volunteers in our ‘Homeless Support’ group, Rose, reports that: “Some people are desperate, as shoes are so worn with holes their feet are unprotected.” Rose adds “Many thanks to everyone for donations they really are appreciated.”
 
Requests:
 
There is a need for ‘absolutely everything’ for men and women in adult sizes. 
More Mens clothing 👕👖that is easy to wash 🧺 and wear would be particularly welcome, plus 
Trainers and Shoes 👟👞 in all sizes, from 4 to 12 and Bras, 32 to 42 (sports bras are easier to fit). 
Clothes 🥼👚need to be new or, if 2nd hand laundered and in good condition.

Thank you very much for your support of the Clothes Bank, open at St Johns Church Fridays (11am -12pm), plus providing clothes for Rough Sleepers in local emergency accommodation. 
HOW to DONATE CLOTHES:
  • All donations, both New and 2nd Hand (in good condition & laundered), to be Double-Bagged and dropped off in the box by the door of St John the Evangelist, corner Gloucester Drive & Queen’s Drive.
  • No loose clothes please.
  • All underwear & socks, new only and in original packaging.
