This class offers an hour of guided meditation practice and breathwork to support your mental, physical and emotional wellbeing.
Re-charge your energetic batteries and feel uplifted! Time at the end for a cuppa and community connection.

This months in person meditation we will be utilising the May energy of High Spring to bring more joy to our lives. We will be focusing the meditation around the energy centre that is connected with creativity, located in the pelvis. This is not just connected to the conception and birth of human babies and children but also is the energy centre that holds all the creative potency for every aspect of our life. Its connected to our sense of fun, wellbeing, joy and play.
- We often hear a lot of critical comments that dampen our natural curiosity and ability to create.
- We get told that we cant sing, or our painting or poetry isnt very good – and we disconnect from the natural human act of joyful creation
- In the west we have this idea of ‘excellence’ art becomes exclusive and we loose the joy connected to art for everyone
- our sacral chakra is connected to our ability to relate, be engaging and charismatic
- Our life force and vitality is connected to the flow of energy around the sacral energy centre when we have blocks in this centre it can really impact our ability to enjoy life fully
