UKHSA has been investigating the increasing numbers of mosquitoes biting residents around this area. Still an issue. · Rubbish collection/cleaning issue Chutes are still getting blocked – letter was due to be sent to residents but not happened. Bin chambers not being cleaned properly etc · Fly tipping Ongoing issues with fly tipping outside Bramfield Court bins and on the street outside Bramfield. · Estate Cleaning Ongoing issue with blocks not been moped properly and general substandard cleaning levels, particularly in the older blocks. · Repairs & lifts Ongoing issues with general repairs and lifts. · Mice/rats Numbers of both increasing on play street, older and newer blocks · ASB Courtyard issues, drug use in stairwells, loitering, parcel theft, bike theft · Service Charges Not value for money, increasing costs despite less service and unresolved issues and no explanation. Sinking fund. Transparency needed. · Estate Management Not proactive or responsive |
