The Residents Association recieved the following message:
Hello,
The triennial tree inspection of all trees in communal areas on the estate has been carried out in the last few weeks. As a result of this some pruning work has been recommended to be carried out, the work will be carried out in the next few weeks.
Most of the pruning work is routine such as crown lifting above head height and reducing away from other infrastructure. There are a couple of reductions planned but nothing massive, just the shortening of some limbs to improve the the trees physiological health long term.
There are 2 fells planned, but both of these trees are dead or dying and need removing urgently for safety reasons. One of them is located not far from the green lanes at the end of murrain road. The aim will be to leave the stem in the tree cage and then remove when we replant later in the year.
If there are any residents that wish for further explanation or at any point have any queries, please let me know
Kind Regards
