We have arranged for the sewers and drainage systems on the estate to be cleaned so that a survey can be undertaken. The contractors (Axis and Advanced) will be on site from Monday to Wednesday next week.
it’s just the new blocks and it will only be public and communal areas. There shouldn’t be any impact on residents and the contractors are required to follow Covid-19 safeguarding guidance, however let us know if you hear about any issues.
