DESCRIPTION:BOOK HERE\nNeed a little break from London? We’ve got just what you need. The Kings Crescent Tenants & Resident Association annual beach trip is back! Come join us on Saturday 10 September for a day trip to the seaside town of Walton on the Naze in Essex. \nWalton on the Naze is a family seaside resort with sandy beaches\, seafront gardens\, quaint narrow streets and fossil hunting! The pier is the second longest in England\, offering fairground rides and ten pin bowling. Just to the north is The Naze\, an unspoilt headland of heath\, saltmarshes\, beaches and 70 feet high cliffs. \nSpend the day exploring\, making new friends or simply relax on the beach with your fish and chips\, it’s completely up to you. \nPlease note\, all children need to be accompanied by an adult. You can book for up to 3 children per adult. Book your tickets below (booking shuts at 7am on 10 September). This event is for Kings Crescent residents. \n£6 per adult and £3 per child – great value for a whole day out to the seaside!! \n(The majority of the cost is funded by the ‘Community Development Fund’ via the Residents Association) \nTimings \n\n9am: Coach pick up Kings Crescent Estate PJ bus stop – opposite Estate by Clissold Park. You must be at pick up point no later than 8.45am.\n11.15am: Arrive at Walton on the Naze.\n5pm: Leave Walton on the Naze\, pick up at Kumfi\, 175 Clays Road\, Walton on the Naze\, Essex\, CO14 8UA. DESCRIPTION:THE BEAUTIFUL BREATH\nWith AJ \nIn person on the last Tuesday of every month 7.30-9pm \nThis is a soothing session that combines Wim Hof inspired breathing techniques with ancient Qi Gong practices that will leave you feeling deeply relaxed and at peace.\nCost £5 per session (all profits going to charity*) \nClick here to book: The Beautiful Breath \nMore details: \n\n\n\nThe breath is a beautiful and powerful tool that if given awareness too\, can sooth our nervous systems and leave us with a sense of calm and fluidity even in the most stressful of situations. \nIn this session you will be guided through a Wim Hof inspired breathing technique breath by breath\, in a tribal- inspired gathering\, in time with calming music\, which will leave your body and mind in a state of complete calm and relaxation. We will then take this peaceful energy you have created and using a very simple Qi Gong form\, send it to every cell in your body removing any blockages\, creating a sense of fluidity and flow in and around you. \nThe session runs for approx 50 minutes and a little longer sometimes if people are keen to ask questions at the end.
