Still an issue. \n·        Rubbish collection/cleaning issue \nChutes are still getting blocked – letter was due to be sent to residents but not happened. Bin chambers not being cleaned properly etc \n·        Fly tipping \nOngoing issues with fly tipping outside Bramfield Court bins and on the street outside Bramfield. \n·        Estate Cleaning \nOngoing issue with blocks not been moped properly and general substandard cleaning levels\, particularly in the older blocks. \n·        Repairs & lifts \nOngoing issues with general repairs and lifts. \n·        Mice/rats \nNumbers of both increasing on play street\, older and newer blocks \n·        ASB \nCourtyard issues\, drug use in stairwells\, loitering\, parcel theft\, bike theft \n·        Service Charges \nNot value for money\, increasing costs despite less service and unresolved issues and no explanation. Sinking fund.
