To connect with yourself so you can better connect with others. \nThe theme for this month’s group meditation is\, \n‘THE POWER TO INITIATE’ \nWe are tuning into the energy of nature as the first new signs of spring are here; longer days\, new shoots\, and winter sun. \nWe will take time out to tune into the energy of fresh starts! \nNew Growth\nNew Frontiers\nNew Paths to Open Up \nThe Celtic goddess Brigid is the goddess of spring.
